Worst experience so far for all 5 of us, none of us had ever experienced anything like it before. They never apologized to us for their mistake and causing this huge confusion, and the old guy was speaking to us in a rude, angry way saying "you picked the wrong day to talk to me".

(Thankfully booking apologized on their behalf and even offered a free stay which we do not intent on using ever) Very rude hosts, which is sad really because it ruined everyone's mood when we were being very polite and calm. After intensively arguing with us, we were forced to contact Booking ourselves to sort this scam out and ended up losing the whole afternoon. They even tried to charge us twice for the room, with the excuse that there is a problem with and that they didn't receive the payment. Dangerous spikes randomly popping out of the room walls and bathroom, shower curtain moulded, sink clogged. Very dirty pillows with yellow stains, dirty towels and small bugs around the floor. Extremely dirty room upon arrival, and on the second day they refused to clean the room properly, leaving a group of 5 people without basic products, like toilet paper or clean towels. DO NOT visit this place, photos speak for themselves. This "confusion" with the payment seemed like a pattern to us that maybe other people. There is a private bathroom with shower in all units, along with a hair dryer and free toiletries. Offering a balcony, all units are air conditioned and feature a dining area and a seating area with a satellite flat-screen TV. DO NOT visit this place, photos speak for themselves. Fyrogenis palace has sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Ambelas, 700 metres from Paros Ampelas beach.
